The January 3, 2012 update, SpEdDoc 10.2a, is a full
upgrade from versions prior to SpEdDoc 10.2 and an
interface upgrade from SpEdDoc 10.2. SpEdDoc 10.2 included
the DOE's mid-year revisions to Form 5b (released by the
DOE on December 8) and Form 7a (released by the DOE on
December 16). SpEdDoc 10.2a incorporates a revised Medicaid
Physician Authorization form (released by the DOE on
December 21 but not required until July 1, 2012).
SpEdDoc contacts from each
district are notified when each release becomes available.
